Nebula's Realty business leverages on the group’s founding members' extensive and rich experience in the real estate domain heralding their roles as developers. The group has undertaken large-scale, mixed-use real estate development projects by partnering with land owners in a joint venture model as well as developed their very own land banks across the country. Nebula Realty has come up with affordable schemes for India’s Middle Income group who currently cannot afford to own a piece of land or home. In the upcoming future, Nebula has strategic plans to launch a host of residential and plotted development projects at strategic locations.
Our resolve is to get more than 10,00,000 families to achieve their dream of owning a land or home by the year 2025.

At the same time, we have worked towards fulfilling our responsibility towards our immediate communities. From affordable housing to holiday leisure packages our responsibility lies in creating model products to gratify the need of fulfillment & there have been several milestones along the way that have justified our vision and endeavors.

After a huge pan India success, Nebulacare launches Home Stores across 100 locations in India.

Wellness and premium groceries brand ‘Nebulacare’ is launched

Aavaas Sanand is launched in Ahmedabad

Announcement of International conference to be held later in the year.

PMAY awards: Aavaas in Hyderabad is awarded as the most well planned project under the LIG category (Telangana).

March 2019

PMAY awards: Aavaas in Ahmedabad is awarded as the best project under the EWS category (Gujarat).

February 2019

3 days long leadership program is held in Goa. Over 300 associates and partners attend the program.

June 2018

Nebula launches Aavaas housing project in Chennai deemed to be the largest project since its inception.

September 2017

First international holiday package for Thailand is launched.

February 2017

First commercial project is launched in Ahmedabad near the Aavaas Housing project.

October 2016

Nebula announces its partnership with Wyndham group with the launch of Hawthorn Suites in Dwarka, Gujarat. With 5 star category villas it will be the largest ever hotel and resort project in Dwarka.

September 2016

Aavaas continues on its growth curve and a new project is launched in Hyderabad. Boasting luxurious amenities at affordable cost it will provide housing to 2670 families.

March 2016

Nebula announces its first affordable housing project named Aavaas in Ahmedabad. It will offer housing to more than 2000 families.
